State Highway Access

The Commercial Park is situated on N.Y. State Route 67 which is a major East / West Link. The New York State Thruway (I-90, I-87), the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), The Northway (I-87), as well as Espressways to Binghamtom and Pennsylvania (I-88) all serve this area.

Air Access

Albany International Airport is 20 minutes south of Ballston and is served by: American, Continental, Delta, Eastern Mall, Northwest, Page, US Air and United Airlines.

Saratoga County Airport is 10 minutes from the Commercial Park. Ambassador Aviation providing flights and Schermerhorn Aviation providing fixed based operations.

Rail Service

For rail passanger service there are Amtrack Stations in Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer.

Waterway Access

The Port of Albany, located 30 miles from Ballston, Averages, 1,900 loading and unloadings per year with a total annual tonnage of 6.9 million. There is also two canal / river systems located within 10 miles of the Park. These are used for both recreation and commercial shipping.
